Making a donation online to support your favorite charitable fund(s) is quick and easy through our PayPal account.  Click on the “Donate,” button below to get started.


How to make my donation online:

  1. Click on the “Donate” button.
  2. Enter in your donation amount and personal information (You don’t have to have a PayPal account to donate and can use your credit card).
  3. Click on “Review Donation and Continue.”
  4. If you are donating to a specific fund, click on the small box with the plus sign next to the “Add special instructions to the seller,” and enter in the name of the fund.  If you are donating to multiple funds, list the name of each fund with the designated amount next to it.

 

*All credit/debit card donations are subject to a 2.2% processing plus 30¢ transaction fee.

** Each donor who enters their own credit/debit card information directly online is entering his/her data into a secure web portal provided by PayPal.  The Russell County Area Community Foundation assumes no liability for credit/debit card information provided by the donor to a third party.

RCACF announces scholarship recipients

This year the Russell County Area Community Foundation (RCACF) is pleased to announce  $253,685 in scholarships awarded through the Foundation to area students. Every year, the need for scholarships is greater than the available resources. As tuition continues to rise, support of scholarships becomes even more important. RCACF is pleased to manage 12 scholarship funds.  These scholarships were established by donors who believe in the youth of our area and want to support their pursuit of higher education. The Sean Paul Banks Memorial Scholarship is for students graduating from Russell High School who are involved in sports their senior year and maintain high academic standards.
