Community foundation now accepting spring grant applications RUSSELL, Kan.—The Russell County Area Community Foundation is now accepting applications for spring grants. Online applications are due Monday, March 15, 2021. Last spring, the Developmental Services of Northwest Kansas- Pioneer Developmental Center in Russell was awarded grant funding from the community foundation to purchase new conference room furniture. The award went specifically to the current and new conference rooms for Kid-Link staff to hold meetings and consultations that serve the children (aged 0-3) of Russell County. Community awards over $50,000 in grants RUSSELL, Kan.— The Russell County Area Community Foundation (RCACF) is pleased to award $52,734 in grants to organizations that benefit the Russell County area, including support for education, public health and the arts. Funding comes from the Helen Hampl Student Aid Fund, USD 407 Appleseed Fund, Kansas Health Foundation Russell Health Fund and the Dane G.
